Amazing service from the beginning to the end, we recently moved with Ben and I cannot speak more highly of his work. He disassembled and reassembled items like a pro took so much care whilst moving items, providing covered for sofas and the TV. He understands how valuable your possessions and home are, from covering the doors at both homes and the carpets for maximum protection. I cannot thank him enough and even with all the business of the day he still took the time to play with my 3 month old. Thank you so much Ben!

Turton's moved us from Seahouses to Thurso in September 2022. They were absolutely magnificent; professional, efficient and calm throughout. This was despite a major road hold-up on the road north. Nothing was damaged and we can contrast their performance with that of our new internet providers, who took almost two months to get our service running-hence the lateness of this review! We moved house with Turton's recently. They were very understanding on changing timescales, and last minute contract exchanges. They also were able to support us during a delay in the move itself, which was very much a relief! Ben and Robbie provided two trucks and even showed us how they organised our possessions to keep them safe. They were very thorough - more so than we expected.

Very professional too, but didn't let that get in the way of a good laugh! I couldn't recommend them enough really, and I'm happy that we could add another positive experience to their reviews. Thank you again!

Excellent house move from Ben and team. Hired to perform a 532 mile round trip at great value. They organised a time the night before to start moving items and furniture into the van so that we could leave as early as possible the next day as I had a deadline to pick up the keys for the new apartment. They covered and protected the sofa and mattress and safely moved them out and into both properties and handled all items with care. Ultimately, they are highly recommend and well reviewed for a reason.

We booked Turton's removal for our house move - everything was made easy from booking to the moving day itself. My husband and I were so impressed - they looked after my old house and new house and ensured my things were handled well. They took a lot of the stress away. They even didn't mind me getting emotional! Would definitely recommend and would use again if we were to move in the future.

Very nice, polite and helpful movers. I was very happy with the service. They made a stressful move very easy. Treated my items carefully and with respect. On my move day my kitchen flooring was not complete so they helped store my fridge, washing machine and dishwasher elsewhere in the house and even offered to come back to move them into the kitchen when my flooring was done. I would definitely use them again.

The Turton's team really went out of their way to ensure our move was as painless and organised as possible. They were also able to accomodate awkward changes that we asked for at the last minute! They helped reduce the stress of moving day greatly.

Ben helped me pick up some large items of furniture. He dismantled and rebuilt the furniture at my new house. Everything was protected and no damage incurred during the move. Great service and would very highly recommend for any moving needs!

From the moment we contacted Ben I knew this was the company for us. We were relocating from the north east to Essex. After a very thorough video call on what we would be taking, Ben supplied a very reasonable quote which we were very happy with. Throughout the process, the communication between myself and the company was 100%. When it came to the move, Ben made sure it was as stress free as possible for us and it truly paid off.

We used Turtons to move two houses into one new house and moved from Newcastle up to Rothbury, and from the beginning they made it really easy and stress free. The booking process and paying the deposit was easy, the vans turned up on time and the guys put floor coverings down on all the areas they were going to walk. They had additional coverings for all the furniture to ensure nothing was damaged, and worked tirelessly all day to get 3 vans loaded and to get us moved into our new house (despite all the steps at the front!).

The guys were pleasant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thanks for making a stressful day much much easier for us!

My wife and myself have just completed a house move with Turton's Removals, moving 70 miles from our previous address. We chose Turton's due to the attention to detail and friendliness displayed during the initial survey by Ben. The price was competitive with other quotes we had, some who used vans and others with a single large truck. The move required 3 Luton type vans due to the amount of possessions we have collected over the years. Removal day itself was smooth and faultless, even though most of our furniture was on the heavy side and our indoor plants were huge.

The removal lads Ben, Sam & Davin made what is normally a stressful day a pleasure due to their friendly nature and professionalism. They were busy from 8 in the morning until almost 9 at night manoeuvring mainly heavy furniture around a very awkward layout and did it without complaint. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone.

Short notice of about 2 weeks before removal. Online survey carried out and then quote next day. Was less than 5 days when moving in confirmed but still fitted me in. Arrived on time and went over and above. Three storey town house not easy. Rainy day but everything protected. But when it was obvious not everything would fit in one van load, despite it being early evening, Ben rang and offered to do another trip to clear as much as possible that day. They left at 9.30pm! Great service, making what is a very stressful time a little less stressful. Can't thank them enough.
