All your team need do is fill one box with their own personal possessions and leave it on their desk.
The next working day all operatives will have a workstation, their box of possessions and more importantly log on facilities and extension number, so they can simply get on with their day.

Thoroughly wrap fragile items individually with paper, bubble wrap or foam wrap depending on the item (newspaper print residue must be hand washed off of all items as dishwasher washing will not take it off).
